Bella Tebbs Psychotherapy South West London

Counselling and Psychotherapy in South West Wimbledon, Wimbledon Village, SW19

Making a decision to seek psychotherapy or counselling is a big step and I hope my website will encourage you to do just that. Counselling can offer real help when you are worn down with worry or feel unable to cope – whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, anger issues or trauma, speaking to someone who will listen, understand and encourage you to explore your problems can make a big difference and help you make sense of why your issues have been so difficult to manage.

Counselling and psychotherapy can help you gain insights,
learn how to cope more effectively and build up your self-belief.

Perhaps you know why this is; anxiety, depression, relationship breakdown, family issues or unhelpful behaviour patterns. Perhaps it is a less definable feeling of dissatisfaction or disappointment in your life. Whichever of these best describes your situation best, working with a therapist can be helpful.

I understand that coming and talking to someone new about your personal issues can be daunting and perhaps, if this is your first experience of counselling or psychotherapy, one that is unfamiliar also. Here, you will be met with a non-judgemental, confidential, safe space where you can explore, understand and find resolutions to the problems that are troubling you.

I am an experienced counsellor and psychotherapistoffering both short term and long term psychotherapy and counselling Wimbledon Village.

Counselling and psychotherapy can help you with emotional issues such as:

  • Stress at work or at home
  • Feelings of loneliness and depression
  • Frustration, panic and anger issues
  • Anxiety, lack of confidence and low self esteem
